Please refrain from rushing onto the train or walking while using your smartphone. This can cause injury and inconvenience to other passengers.
Some people may have difficulty using standard restrooms. Multi-function restrooms are reserved for wheelchair users, those requiring assistance, and other passengers who require special facilities. Passengers who are able to use standard restrooms are kindly requested to refrain from using the multi-function restrooms and to cooperate by using the standard restrooms instead.
About the train
Please refrain from talking on the phone or speaking loudly on the train. Also, please refrain from making noise from smartphones, game devices, etc.
Please refrain from eating or drinking on the train.
Please offer priority seats to those who need them.
Please be considerate of others when carrying and placing your luggage.
Transferring luggage from inside the train to other cars is prohibited. Please move across the platform while the train is stopped at the station.
About Photography and Recording
Photography and recording on the platform must be done inside the yellow lines.
When photographing or recording on the platform, please do not use long equipment such as tripods or selfie sticks, or stepladders.
Do not take photos using flashes or lights directed at the train.
Do not take photos from inside the train using flashes or lights directed at the driver's cab.
When taking photos, please refrain from shouting or making any other noise.
Do not take photos of other passengers or staff without permission.
Do not trespass on private property without permission.
When taking photos along the tracks, please do so in a location that does not obstruct passing vehicles or pedestrians.
If you want to get off the train along the way to take photos, please pay for each section you take or purchase a one-day pass that allows you to get on and off as many times as you like for one day.
When taking photos inside the station, please be considerate of those around you and not obstruct the passage of other customers.
